Positive Psychology focuses on the things that are going right to enhance a persons quality of life and enhancce their well being. This helps a person use their strengths and capabilities to choose the best life possible.

Wether you have only a few pound to loose or over 100 we can partner together to find the path that will work for you to experience your healthy weight and to learn what tools you need to maintain a healthy weight over your lifetime.

Diabetes, pre-diabetes, or a family history of diabetes can impact your sense of well being and daily life in many ways. I will partner with you to help you develop a knowlege base and plan to lessen the impact or prevent the onset of this disease.

Being tired all of the time can have many different causes but often leads to difficulties in daily functioning. I want to help you determine the best way for you to reverse the cause and get back to doing the things you love. In some cases the cause is never really clear or takes time to resolve. If this is the case with you I still want to help you discover the best ways to support your body in what you need so you can have the most energy and life possible.

I want to work with you to lessen the impact of a chronic disease in your life so that you can have the best quality of life for the longest time possible. Often when people are told they have an illness they are not given information about the things they can do to help slow or stop that illness. Often information comes as orders that don’t always fit with a person’s life or values. I want to help you learn the things that help you and for you to have the chance to decide how you can comfortably keep the best quality of life possible.

I believe every person has within them the ability to achieve a maximal capacity of well being. Often people become discouraged by lack of rapid progress or may feel overwhelmed with the need for change or are not sure where to start.
I can help you see new possibilities for your health. Through our time together you will discover what being truly healthy means to you. Together we will develop a personalized plan to get you to your best self and for maintaining your forward progress toward your goals.
I know that people find thier best health when the way that they live is aligned with the things they value most. Another important aspect of true health is including all the essential elements: community, support for the spirit, healthy food and water, time in nature, a balance between work and relaxation. When a person deliberately includes these elements and excludes harmful elements their health improves remarkably.
